The NYC Transit Data Archive is a collection of historical transit data recorded at regular intervals from the MTA. The archive includes historical schedules, bus positions, subway arrival times, service changes, and elevator statuses. It is hoped the data will prove useful to developers, researchers, advocacy groups, government, and the media.
The archive is maintained by Nathan Johnson. Cloud storage generously provided by BetaNYC.
To use the data, you must agree to the terms and conditions of MTA data usage. The archived data are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or timely. The archive is not maintained or endorsed by the MTA.
